Question for photographers:

Do you ever reach a plateau where it seems like you are just not improving with your photography? How do you get over it? Do you know of any good resources or tutorials to help me take my photography to the next step? I am still taking a lot of photos, but it is getting rarer that I get one that I am proud of and I definitely do not feel like I am improving. Also, for those that have looked through my gallery, I would love to hear any suggestions you have on how I could improve. I would also be interested in any critiques you have of any of my photos.
